We have formed a Board-level Sustainability Committee consisting of a select group of Directors to provide direct support to our Board to ensure the alignment between our sustainability strategies and overall business operations.

We will also strive to engage investors in our sustainable development efforts through market-oriented approaches. We have seen a gradual growth of the green finance market and sustainable finance market, which aligns with the introduction of relevant green or sustainability loan and bond principles from the International Capital Market Association (“ICMA”).

We have a comprehensive corporate governance framework, internal controls, and systems for risk management to ensure that we operate our business with integrity.

We endeavour to report on our progress and plans to address our ESG goals and to openly engage our interested stakeholders in these sustainability-related issues.
