Signature Initiatives
We leverage our relationships with tenants and customers to embed sustainability concepts into our communities. Our initiatives include the promotion of low-carbon lifestyles through the “Better Moments Make the World Smile” campaign in Shanghai Xintiandi and the promotion of plastic-free lifestyle during TIANDI Restaurant Week in 2020.
To further mobilise our F&B tenants and visitors, we have introduced a plant-based diet initiative in April 2021 to engage our F&B tenants to provide a vegetarian “green” menu to visitors.
We also seek to further strengthen our community by promoting innovation and entrepreneurship among our stakeholders through our support platforms and activities. For example, we hosted hackathons and idea challenges for local universities and companies since 2012. We also host innovation programmes and labs through INNOSPACE+.
