Kenny Kwok Fung LAM (林國灃), was appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director on 7 September 2021. Mr. Lam is responsible for providing independent advice on the operations and management of our Group.

Mr. Lam is the chief executive officer of Two Sigma Asia Pacific, Limited and Head of the Asia Pacific Region for Two Sigma since April 2019.

From March 2015 to March 2019, Mr. Lam was the Group President of Noah Holdings Limited (listed on the New York Stock Exchange with the stock code of NOAH). Prior to Noah Holdings Limited,

Mr. Lam was a McKinsey Global Partner elected in 2007. Mr. Lam is an independent non-executive director of Smartone Telecommunications Holdings Limited (listed on the Stock Exchange with the stock code of 315) since March 2017. Mr. Lam is the independent non-executive director of Bank of East Asia (China) Limited since April 2020.

Mr. Lam is also vice chairman of the executive board for Asia of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania since July 2021 and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Council of the Nature Conservancy.

Mr. Lam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Finance) with magna cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in May 1996, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Oxford University in December 1999 and a Master of Arts degree from Oxford University in August 2014.
