Stephanie Bo Yue LO (羅寶瑜), aged 39, is the Vice Chairman and an Executive Director of our Company. Ms. Stephanie Lo was appointed as a Director in June 2015 and was re-designated as an Executive Director on 7 September 2021. Ms. Stephanie Lo is responsible for overseeing the strategy of our Group and investment, product development, digitization, sustainability and talent development.

Ms. Stephanie Lo has accumulated a wealth of working experience in the property development industry in the PRC since joining the Shui On Land Limited in September 2012. She has been the vice chairman of the Company since January 2017 where she is responsible for the development of our commercial strategy and product positioning. Concurrently, she has been the executive director of Shui On Land since August 2018 where she takes the lead on corporate development, business and product innovation and assists Mr. Vincent Lo in leading the future development of Shui On Land. She is the managing director of corporate development of Shui On Management Limited since August 2019 which she is responsible for overseeing the strategy for Shui On Land and also leads sustainability, human resources and corporate services of Shui On Land. On 1 January 2019, she became a non-executive director of SOCAM.

Prior to joining Shui On Land, Ms. Stephanie Lo worked in New York City for architecture and design firms, including her position as a designer at Studio Sofield – a firm well-known for its capabilities in retail and hospitality design. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Wellesley College in the United States in May 2004. She currently serves as a Member of The Thirteenth Shanghai Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. She has been selected as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2020. She was also designated as a fellow of Aspen Institute’s China Fellowship Programme in 2018. Ms. Stephanie Lo is the daughter of Mr. Vincent Lo.
